This is one of a three part series I painted based on photographs. Back in the neighborhood in the Bronx the boys dressed up and played World War II with real weapons and gear that had been sent home from the front by one of my friend’s older brothers. I decided to cast the paintings in red, white, and blue to emphasize the patriotism and American spirit of the time.

Available in Matte, Glossy, Flat Canvas and Stretched Canvas. Photos will be printed with a state of the art Canon Laser Printer on Canon Professional Photography Paper will be used with a 75 year shelf life. Canvas or other mode prints with be created using the Canon Ink jet printer with eight individual color cartridges. Canon Professional Papers or Cloth with be used with a 75 year shelf life.
